Edmonton, AB – All Weather Windows has received the Best Overall Workplace (750 Plus Employees) Award at the seventh annual examination of Alberta’s Best Workplaces by Alberta Venture.
The 2014 Best Workplaces Conference and Award Ceremony took place on May 21st, 2014, with the theme of the conference celebrating businesses that foster and create high performance employees.
All Weather Windows was selected out of four finalists in the Best Overall Workplace (750 Plus Employees) category and was also a finalist in the Best Workplace for Health and Safety category.
This award comes as one in a line of many nods to All Weather Windows’ business and workplace success this year. The company has also been granted the Supplier of the Year Award by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (Edmonton Region) and the Outstanding Supplier or Manufacturer Award by the Durham Region Home Builders’ Association. All Weather Windows has likewise been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for the fifth year in a row and one of Achievers’ 50 Most Engaged Workplaces for the third year in a row. Add that to the Workplace Innovation Award from the Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers and the accolades appear to be adding up.
“We’re honoured to be recognized for our efforts in making All Weather Windows a great workplace for our employees,” says Richard Scott, President and Chief Operating Officer of All Weather Windows.
“Our company is committed to fostering a safe, productive and enjoyable work environment for each of our employees; we want them to feel like one of the All Weather Windows family and know that we care.”
