Edmonton, AB – As a long-time and active supporter of community initiatives, All Weather Windows announced today that Henry Banman, Senior Executive Vice President & Founding Partner, has accepted an advisory position with Habitat for Humanity Canada’s National Leadership Council.
The National Leadership Council is a group of Canadian business and community leaders who believe that building stronger communities depends upon safe, affordable and accessible housing.
“When you’ve been a part of Canada’s building industry for as long as we have, you see first-hand that there’s a tremendous need to provide critical resources for thousands of people,” says Banman. “It’s an honour to be a part of the National Leadership Council and to effectively collaborate on fighting this housing crisis and making homeownership a reality for families in Canada and abroad.”
The council launched the National Platform for Change on November 22 – National Housing Day – to engage Canadians and raise awareness and understanding of the need for affordable housing across the country and around the world.
